Hot Boys Dressing Backstage!

At the (rather awesome) D&G show earlier today no less. Right in the thick of it.
We have to thank our friends swide.com who were kind of nifty with the camera

D&G Finale

Lovely Things (D&G)

Hawaiian prints scream summer. The colours on this D&G one are good & a bit washed out & not so IN YOUR FACE. We really hope D&G doesn't leave our lives. We love it so.
Available from Harrods £339

MFW AW 2011: D&G

We enjoyed the procession of models strutting down the catwalk at the end of the D&G show. Donning natty Mickey Mouse/Coca Cola t-shirts which were probably a comment on capitalism but mostly we were distracted by River...hmmm.

D&G Spring Summer Collection

A little bird has told us the spring drop of D&G has gone in store this week which is good news as we're tiring of the word sale. We would like to buy some gingham shorts & hang them on our wall until May when it'll be acceptable to actually wear them.

Christmas Windows!

On our last jaunt into town yesterday, darting crazed shoppers with foaming mouths & buggies filled with gifts, we took some pictures of more of our favourite Christmas windows.
First up is D&G's lovely Christmas trees.
Selfridges have gone with cartoon inspired windows with lashings of holly.
Liberty's are wistful, magical, eclectic & many other adjectives.
Mulberry has lots of gold balloons in the window as well as this mahoosive bag to celebrate them winning Designer Brand of the Year at the British Fashion Awards.
We're not sure what the Christmas message is here;
suffice to say there wasn't a bag of this magnitude at the birth of Christ that we are aware of.

We Spent Most Of The Day In Shops

And were quite easily distracted by beauties such as these at D&G.
Ultra modern.

D&G Whizz

D&G have unveiled their newly polished store on Bond Street in London. All the AW looks are present and correct, including the apres ski part of the collection, which was our fave.
Also the carpets are so thick and soft you would be excused if you just laid down & took a nap.
