Menswear day at the tail-end of London Fashion Week is always a good day for the Menswear press who up until now have had nothing to attend. By Wednesday morning most of Womenswear press had hotfooted it to Milan leaving us to reclaim Somerset House.The day started with a very civilized breakfast at Simpsons in the Strand for Hardy Amies presentation. We nibbled on pastries and sipped our first coffee of the day while admiring the immaculate tailoring.
