The J.W Anderson Show Was Busy

Not all the shows during fashion week happen in a nice airy tent, oh no some like to make you work for your fashions. & since LFW is held at Somerset House sometimes we found ourselves and hundreds of other fashion fiends crammed into a space the size of a postage stamp. At the J.W Anderson show we laughed as the photographers tried to get Jess Punter from GQ to move out of shot & we predicted she would be in every pic. The lovely lady in the white jacket is her.

Sparkle Sparkle

We lusted after these J.W Anderson boots at Fashion Week back in September and we finally got to see these bad boys up close. The toes are covered in Swarovski crystals & we imagine if we kicked someone if the face with these it could do some real damage. It'd be like that scene in Single White Female when she shoves the stiletto in the guys eye. Only less gay.

LFW Menswear Day: James Long & J.W Anderson

Both designers showed their most accomplished collections yet, referencing Woodstock inspired collection. James Long's marbled and bleached patterns on toffee coloured leather mixed with Missoni style loose coloured knits in reds and greens styled with desert boots.

J.W Anderson's looked like a one of those shops in Camden where you buy your incense but in the best possible way mixing 70s colours with an early 90s grunge aesthetic. Tie-dye, dream catcher prints, loose short sleeve shirts in washed out shades of burgendy & sky blue, worn with chokers and chunky boots with crystals on the toes
(which were our number one lust item of the day, yours for a grand)
