We Love Clare Cummins

What a great set my dear.
2 hours later an inebriated Clare writhed around the strippers pole. Fell down a flight of stairs. Broke her wrist. Lost her phone, keys & wallet & slept in McDonalds.
Clare we love you.

OH WHAT A NIGHT

We threw a party on Saturday to celebrate the SEX issue and show off the amazing portfolio of work Frank Strachan did with photographer Philip Riches. We drew quite the fashion crowd with Dean and Dan the Dsquared Twins, Christopher Kane (Who was seen later knicking some artwork from the shoot!), Gareth Pugh and Katie Eary amongst lots of other fashionable and fashionista gays.
It was a massive success (just check out Skins style footage above) and a massive thanks to Elauan Lee (aka DJ Spinderella on the night) for organising it, making it amazing oh and playing Pony by Genuwine which went down very well indeed.

Diesel Experiment: Day 1

The boys of the style team are on a mission to test Diesel's new denims. Their latest innovation Turbo jeans have a special dye in them that distresses the jeans quicker than your average pair. 30 to 60 days in fact, depending on how distressed you want them.
Today is day 1 & Frank & Chris's jeans are rather stiff as most new jeans tend to be & quite dark. (Though we could be wearing frankly anything judging by this picture)
We hope by day 20 they are a lovely shade of blue & the knees are shot.
Stay tuned!

Dancing On My Own

Nothing gets the party going like Womanizer

LCF For Asos

Asos have partnered with London College of Fashion for their MA}KE range, choosing Domingo
Rodriguez from their MA course. Expect fine knits, gorgeous fabrics and a subtle colour palette

Aussiebum Tried & Tested

It may be Winter here but in Australia it's always summer & everyone's beautiful & there is no crime. Hoorah! It's also where Aussiebum is from, they decided to hit Bondi beach where all the rad surf dudes hang & get them to road test their new WJPro package lifting pants.
Bit hot a bit gross

The Bandarf

An abomination. Though we would be happy to road test it if JML wants to send us one.
At least they're not Crocs

Merry Happy Crazy Colour

When it comes to Christmas, why stop at red & green when you can use the whole freakin' colour wheel! Dover Street Market have done just that & our bank accounts would have been shot had we spent any longer in here. Love the polka dot teddy bears, the peter pan collared Comme Des Garcons shirts & the limited edition fragrance in a papier mache bottle.
Also there's a massive clay elephant in the window. Woah Nelly!

New Face: Elliot Dillon

He's from M&P & he is smouldering.

Colouring In Converse

Fans of Converse rejoice! We have long been fans of Converse & it's many guises. We own the American print ones, the Missoni collaboration & a good old black pair for when we're feeling 'minimal' but we've always harboured a desire to design our own which is why we wooped when we read about the new customization service in the Offspring department of Selfridges. Choose from a huge selection of designs & with minutes an original pair of pumps will be yours.
We wonder if we can have Katie Waissel's face on ours? We can only hope.

Attitude Towers is Famous!

We did however find time to watch The Apprentice last night & spotted our building!
A shiny penny goes to anyone who knows where this is.

Behind the Scenes At The Porn Shoot

Another film from the infamous porn star shoot. Phillip Riches shoots, Frank Strachan oversees the outfits & The Saturdays serenade. Nice buffet too.

Well This Looks Good

As if the panic of a H&M/Lanvin extravaganza wasn't enough. Browns department store on South Molton Street is having an 80% off sale which means penniless people who can barely afford dinner can buy Dries.

Christmas Windows!

Topshop have gone for a winter blizzard theme here, it reminds us of the Chanel show earlier this year which is clearly a good thing.
We may also do a Jesus count in future as so far we've seen none.

Sharpen Your Elbows

We are currently chained to our desks this morning but if we were among the thousands of hungry shoppers waiting outside the H&M store on Regent Street these are the delights what we would have purchased/killed for.

Stella McCartney Switches On Her Mayfair Stores Christmas Lights Tonight

Catherine Tate will be there too. We hope Madonna comes along again like in 2005.
She's a game old bird.

Christmas Windows! (Sung to the Tune of Steamy Windows by Tina Tuner)

Cartier get the ball rolling with their gorgeous bow display on Bond Street.

Anthony Price For Topman

A little video of what is on offer. We love the military one in grey. It gives an air of importance & people don't mind so much if you barge them on Oxford Street if you're wearing a coat which says 'I'm important' or at least that's what we've been lead to believe.

Pooch In A Puffa

We love when we see a teeny tiny doggy dressed up for a walk in the park, they always look so proud of themselves, as do their usually gay owners.
We especially appreciate Roberto Cavalli's line of canine clothes. Digging that white number too, we imagine J.Lo dresses her dogs in all of this.

More Birthday Treats!

Elauan & Chris got in on the act too, putting all their pennies together & purchasing this rather nifty jumper from Topman's Triple A collection.
For the full Frank Strachan experience;
team it with Adidas tracksuit bottoms & hang around your local Subway.

Happy Birthday Frank Strachan!

Our esteemed Fashion Director Frank Strachan turns 30 something today. Hoorah!
New Look sent him this lovely varsity jacket which he wore ever so proudly around the office.

In Town: Marlon

Marlon is from Premier models & arrives in London this week.
On behalf of the gay male population of the U.K, Welcome!

Paije Steps Out

As much as want to love Paije's confident outfit & enjoy the brand Humor, we think it may be a little too much. We realise the X Factor contestants are having clothes thrown at them from all angles but to wear them all at once is a different story.
It's the sort of thing a Russian billionaire's wife would do or Posh Spice circa 2004.
Our recommendation is this Paije: If you're going to wear a jazzy jumper such as this, don't pick a pair of trousers that match. Choose a darker denim or maybe a chino. Likewise if you want to sport a coloured jean, choose a plain top or a breton stripe if you want a print.
Yours, Attitude Style.

Wowza!

These biker jackets are from Schott & the style is called perfecto. Sounds about right.

New Face: Rodrigo

Rodrigo is from M&P models. The end.

Shopping at Seven Dials

Shoppers of London lend us your ears for November 25th is The Seven Dials Shopping Event. Located in the heart of Covent Garden (right by where Chicago is) loads of stores in the area are offering 20% discount including Mint Vitage, Diesel, Freddy, Office & Firetrap to name a few. Some stores will also be putting on in-store entertainment. Now what more of an excuse could you possibly need? We recommend going to Dishoom for dinner after,
if The Ivy is fully booked that is.

Last Nights Launch: One New Change

Last night we were invited to the opening of the roof terrace at One New Change, London's newest shopping mall. We sipped mulled wine & ate mini sausage & mash. We also were witness to Alicia Dixson performing a 3 song set to the crowd, which included Vanessa Feltz who looked great in her white fur coat, we offered to snuggle up to her as the heaters weren't up to much.
She said she was up for it if we were & we laughed nervously.

Front Fashion: Suiting

High street suits have never looked better in our Mad Men inspired shoot.
Photography Cameron McNee
Styling Elauan Lee

Seen at H&M

You probably won't see this fantastic playsuit in stores until next year if at all. We have it on good authority that it won't be in many stores. Maybe we should start a petition or something?
This needs to be gracing the high streets!

Diesel's House Party

Diesel sure know how to throw a birthday bash. On Friday night they celebrated 10 years of it's UMusic projects. A host of stars where there including Little Boots, Eliza Doolittle & Jarvis Cocker & Jefferson Hack who both Dj'ed. Of course no Diesel post is complete without a mention of the lovely Carl Marshall, pictured here with the lovely Liza from Purple PR.

An All-In-One Thermal!

When we didn't get a slanket last Christmas we were beyond upset. Because quite frankly, come December 29th all we want to do is sit around eating leftover turkey in front of the telly.
This body suit however is even better & more stylish & weather proof & from Sunspel. www.sunspel.com

Havaianas For The Gym

We love our Havaianas & shed a tear every Autumn when we have to cast them to the back of the wardrobe until it reaches at least 15 degrees
(this may not be that warm but our feet are usually itching to get out by April)
We can console ourselves however with a new pair of
Havaianas that are specially designed for the gym. Hoorah!

Weekly Dose of David Gandy

It hasn't escaped our attention that David Gandy is a big hit with Attitude readers & we love him too. He melts our hearts. W Hotels have sponsored a video, shot by Edoardo Ponti to promote their newest hotel in Leicester Square & also starring Helena Christensen in a sexy tryst.
Not much naked action going on but we're sure our current issue fills that void.

Sneek Peak: Alpine Fresh

BLACKPOOL COMES TO LONDON!

So Selfridges is looking a 'little' more sparkly we find today as they Christmasfy the store. They revolve just like the massive mirror ball (world's biggest) on the seafront in blackpool. we are a sucker for these always.

What's That You Say Francois Sagat?

Our New Cover

Porn stars & Adidas Originals. Hot right?
Photography by Philip Riches. Styling by Frank Strachan

Outside Cinema

Last night a section of Bond Street was cornered off for a Ralph Lauren digital spectacular. All the lights were turned off & thousands watched as videos were projected onto the side of the building. We loved when 4 big perfume bottles rotated on the side, the building appeared to change shape & at the very end when Ralph waved from a window. What was really crazy was it looked 3D but we weren't wearing glasses. Sometimes the future scares us.

Oh Christmas Tree

We give in. It may only be early to mid November but we have been bitten by the Christmas bug (we're actually thinking about Valentine's Day such is the nature of this industry) so we are pleased to announce that John Galliano has designed Claridges Christmas tree once again. We like that he has deviated away almost completely from traditional themes, instead taking inspiration from 'Under The Sea'.

Frank Looking Fine

As you may have witnessed from previous posts, it is almost impossible to go to an event such as yesterdays Safilo press day (they supply us with Dior, McQueen & Marc Jacobs sunglasses when we have photo shoots) & not try on every pair in sight.
Frank models Dior Homme's latest style which goes in store v.soon.

Sparkle Sparkle

We lusted after these J.W Anderson boots at Fashion Week back in September and we finally got to see these bad boys up close. The toes are covered in Swarovski crystals & we imagine if we kicked someone if the face with these it could do some real damage. It'd be like that scene in Single White Female when she shoves the stiletto in the guys eye. Only less gay.

Yohji Yamamoto @ V&A

The V&A have put some amazing exhibitions over the years; from their Versace & Westwood retrospectives to a tribute to Kylie, quilts & Men in skirts, the V&A (alongside the Fashion & Textiles museum) has been at the forefront of celebrating fashion's triumphs.
Having already exhibited at the Radical Fashion show back in 2002;
this exhbition will pay trubute to his designs & mark the 30th anniversary of Yamamoto's career.
Opens in March.

R-Pattz Turned Down a $1Million Burberry Campaign

New Underwear = Gratuitous Model Shots

Just when you thought the blog was running out of eye candy a new brand Oiler & Boiler shows up & turns things round. Inspired by the Hamptons in New York, the first range of underwear hits stores this month at Fenwicks and House of Fraser with swimwear following in March at Selfridges. Prices from £10 for underwear & £30 for swimwear. Very resonable!

Another Lovely Thing For The Christmas List

Great colour & £85 from mywardrobe.com Well done Marc, you sure know your way around a colour wheel.

Today We've Been Watching Disney Pixar's Up

We think Christopher Bailey may have seen it too, as Charles Muntz appears to channelling Burberry's AW10 collection. He may be a villain but man does he know how to dress.

Moschino Dress Rugby Players. We Swoon

Moschino have dressed the Italian Aironi rugby team for the new season. The suits feature little Moschino details such as a heart on the shirt pocket and in the lining of the suit. Love!

Interactive Jumper!

We have a soft spot for Lazy Oaf, ever since we stumbled on their store on Brick Lane years ago. Now they are selling in Selfridges, this jumper to be exact, with unzippable mouth. Ha ha etc.

New Face: Gren

From Premier Models. He is 6' 2". We don't have any topless pics. Shame.

Press Days: Asos

Yesterday driver took us to the Asos press day to view their latest collections, some of which won't be in store until April. The lovely Shawn showed us round, we were very taken with the brands they are taking on, it seems Asos is growing & growing with each season. We got to see their Asos Black range too which we heart & a new initiative called Asos Marketplace which will let independent designers flog their wares on the site. It's the future everyone. Embrace it.

As If Ipad's Weren't Sleek Enough

This case is from Dior Homme. Available in coated canvas or leather & almost costs as much as the technology itself. But that's neither here nor there.

Rihanna: Goddess

Rihanna is turning on the Christmas lights at Westfield Shopping Centre today which excites us muchly. (We'd love to know how much they paid her) It feels good to know that she is just a few miles down the road. We were going to do a top 5 but it hurt our heads too much to choose between them. In the end we chose Hard as we have referenced this video about 3 times this year already for photoshoots & for that we are eternally grateful.

Because Saggy Sportswear Don't Cut The Mustard

XTG has launched a line of sportswear snappily called XTGym. Consisting of hoodies,

More Lanvin for H&M

A video look book. think of it a but like QVC; Pick what you want. Arrive 24 hours early with your sleeping bag & when the security guards open the doors go straight in & knock down any bitch that gets in your way!
We can't wait to see boys walking down the high street in oversized bow-ties.

Diesel Press Day

Was on Tuesday. We saw the lovely Carl & Nicky & ate a delicious ploughmans. Clotheswise expect some great pieces from their SS collection as well as Diesel Black Gold which we are highly coveting.
