What a great set my dear.
2 hours later an inebriated Clare writhed around the strippers pole. Fell down a flight of stairs. Broke her wrist. Lost her phone, keys & wallet & slept in McDonalds.
Clare we love you.
The boys of the style team are on a mission to test Diesel's new denims. Their latest innovation Turbo jeans have a special dye in them that distresses the jeans quicker than your average pair. 30 to 60 days in fact, depending on how distressed you want them.
When it comes to Christmas, why stop at red & green when you can use the whole freakin' colour wheel! Dover Street Market have done just that & our bank accounts would have been shot had we spent any longer in here. Love the polka dot teddy bears, the peter pan collared Comme Des Garcons shirts & the limited edition fragrance in a papier mache bottle.
Fans of Converse rejoice! We have long been fans of Converse & it's many guises. We own the American print ones, the Missoni collaboration & a good old black pair for when we're feeling 'minimal' but we've always harboured a desire to design our own which is why we wooped when we read about the new customization service in the Offspring department of Selfridges. Choose from a huge selection of designs & with minutes an original pair of pumps will be yours.
Elauan & Chris got in on the act too, putting all their pennies together & purchasing this rather nifty jumper from Topman's Triple A collection.
As much as want to love Paije's confident outfit & enjoy the brand Humor, we think it may be a little too much. We realise the X Factor contestants are having clothes thrown at them from all angles but to wear them all at once is a different story.
Shoppers of London lend us your ears for November 25th is The Seven Dials Shopping Event. Located in the heart of Covent Garden (right by where Chicago is) loads of stores in the area are offering 20% discount including Mint Vitage, Diesel, Freddy, Office & Firetrap to name a few. Some stores will also be putting on in-store entertainment. Now what more of an excuse could you possibly need? We recommend going to Dishoom for dinner after,
When we didn't get a slanket last Christmas we were beyond upset. Because quite frankly, come December 29th all we want to do is sit around eating leftover turkey in front of the telly.
We love our Havaianas & shed a tear every Autumn when we have to cast them to the back of the wardrobe until it reaches at least 15 degrees
Last night a section of Bond Street was cornered off for a Ralph Lauren digital spectacular. All the lights were turned off & thousands watched as videos were projected onto the side of the building. We loved when 4 big perfume bottles rotated on the side, the building appeared to change shape & at the very end when Ralph waved from a window. What was really crazy was it looked 3D but we weren't wearing glasses. Sometimes the future scares us.
As you may have witnessed from previous posts, it is almost impossible to go to an event such as yesterdays Safilo press day (they supply us with Dior, McQueen & Marc Jacobs sunglasses when we have photo shoots) & not try on every pair in sight.
The V&A have put some amazing exhibitions over the years; from their Versace & Westwood retrospectives to a tribute to Kylie, quilts & Men in skirts, the V&A (alongside the Fashion & Textiles museum) has been at the forefront of celebrating fashion's triumphs.
The fool. We think he would be perfect for Burberry. Though failing that we see him as the face (& body) of Aware underwear
Just when you thought the blog was running out of eye candy a new brand Oiler & Boiler shows up & turns things round. Inspired by the Hamptons in New York, the first range of underwear hits stores this month at Fenwicks and House of Fraser with swimwear following in March at Selfridges. Prices from £10 for underwear & £30 for swimwear. Very resonable!

We have a soft spot for Lazy Oaf, ever since we stumbled on their store on Brick Lane years ago. Now they are selling in Selfridges, this jumper to be exact, with unzippable mouth. Ha ha etc.
Yesterday driver took us to the Asos press day to view their latest collections, some of which won't be in store until April. The lovely Shawn showed us round, we were very taken with the brands they are taking on, it seems Asos is growing & growing with each season. We got to see their Asos Black range too which we heart & a new initiative called Asos Marketplace which will let independent designers flog their wares on the site. It's the future everyone. Embrace it.
