NEWGEN had their own area at the front of Somerset House, overlooking the Thames. It would have been idyllic were it not for the sweltering heat. Each designer had their own 'stand' which were little beach huts. One of our favourite's was Omar Kashoura who hired a band to play dressed in his SS collection. We asked how he managed to find such a good looking band.He told us it wasn't easy.
To add to the sweat fest, Katy Eary presented her collection on real life boxers & models.We enjoyed the amount of flesh and leopard print on display.
