Christmas Windows!

On our last jaunt into town yesterday, darting crazed shoppers with foaming mouths & buggies filled with gifts, we took some pictures of more of our favourite Christmas windows.

First up is D&G's lovely Christmas trees.

Selfridges have gone with cartoon inspired windows with lashings of holly.

Liberty's are wistful, magical, eclectic & many other adjectives.

Mulberry has lots of gold balloons in the window as well as this mahoosive bag to celebrate them winning Designer Brand of the Year at the British Fashion Awards.

We're not sure what the Christmas message is here;

suffice to say there wasn't a bag of this magnitude at the birth of Christ that we are aware of.

Sales Start Early

If all goes to plan you can ebay all the crap your Nan buys you & hit the sales early. However!

If your generosity has already left you with a few extra pennies then we suggest hitting the

My-wardrobe sale straight away. Bargains galore on YMC, Marc Jacobs & Lyle & Scott.

Betty

Anyone who watched last night's finale of Ugly Betty will now know that Ms Suarez fate lies in London which we are thrilled about. We enjoyed the montage though we can't recall ever checking our Blackberry's in front of Big Ben we've definitely carried shopping bags around Seven Dials.

Here a list of things we recommend for Betty.

1. Topshop Oxford Circus - to keep up with the trends.

2. Beyond Retro, Brick Lane for vintage finds

3. Dover Street Market because we'd love to see her in Erdem or some Comme.

4. Miu Miu on New Bond Street because it would suit her & they've just opened a new store.

5. If the urge to wear a poncho hits again she would definitely find one in

Camden or Portobello Market.

6. Darkroom on Lambs Conduit Street for Statement pieces

7. The Apple Store on Regent Street because she may be plain old Betty now but you never stop being clumsy. Believe us.

8. 123 boutique on Bethnal Green Road for ethical clothing.

9. Liberty & Selfridges because they're there & they're excellent.

10. Borough Market for delicious foodstuffs (which we think her father would enjoy)

11. If she starts to miss Queens then she should take a trip to Clapton.

We could go on.

A Post Christmas Treat

Christmas blues can set in pretty early, affecting people as early as Boxing Day so we hope we can alleviate that by posting things you can buy in the new year once all the indulgence is done with & you can start spending on yourself again. Starting with these Dr Martens by

Josh Beech, our one time favourite (before we met River. See new issue) is playing a gig in Milan for Moschino & club night Plastic.
Josh is also the face of the brand for SS. Good choice.

Look what we found today! Theo Fennell does an amazing/bizarre range of rings including the heads of Che Guevara and Gandhi. Weird. Now that's what we call a knuckleduster with power! Next season they should do bald Britney and Cher.

On the 12th Day of Christmas Attitude Gave to Me....

We slaved over a hot stove (in the breaks of the X factor final) to make tonnes of gorgeous gingerbread cookies to give to our favourite PR's and model agencies,

but a cover shoot has popped up and ruined our festive plans.

Well This Is Good News

Dunhill is to show at the next London Fashion Week in February on the 22nd, closing the traditional week & acting as an opener to the following menswear day on the 23rd.

This is great news for menswear in London & shows brands dedication to the city.

Next on our list of menswear brands to lure over is Burberry Prorsum.

Urban Outfitters Opens New Store: We Toast It

Urban Outfitters opened it's latest store in Spitalfields last Friday night & we were there to celebrate. You may be able to spot a few of the Attitude Fashion team in amongst this group of Lushes. Notice we are all holding on to our Bombay Sapphires for dear life.
Coco Sumner played a set & we browsed the latest products including their latest line Reformation.

Shoppers Rejoice! For today is the day that our favourite vintage store goes online!
The clothe-filled cavern in Shoreditch has been are go-to for affordable vintage items for years now so this is v.good news. We must admit, nothing beats the joy of pulling out an amazing find out of a pile of absolute crap.

It's Not Right But It's O.K

It has been debated many times these past few months about whether it is 'O.K' to fancy One Direction & in particular Harry and Zayn. Having seen Zayn looking adorable in this Diesel cable knit we are firmly on the 'it's O.K' camp.
Seeing him topless on Facebook however made us feel unclean.
